Do i have to be VAT registered to be eligible for a trade account?
VAT registration is not a requirement for a SwiftCaddy Trade Account. If you are not VAT registered we will require a Trade Reference that we can contact to confirm your Trade.
How do you handle Lithium battery shipping for wholesale orders?
We use Royal Mail/Parcelforce 24 for our trade shipping, with next day dispatch on orders prior to 4pm.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for trade discounts?
No, there is no minimum order quantity to benefit from the Trade Discounts.
Can we set up credit terms for recurring orders?
No, we require payment prior to shipment.
Do you provide technical support for your products?
Yes, our dedicated product engineering support is available to all customers in both Trade and Retail.
